NEXT Financial Group will send out operations updates to all of our representatives through e-mail first. These emails will go over policy changes, procedure adjustments, and other important information valuable to you. These emails will come to you at least once a month and will have the subject line “Operations Update” with the date of the update following.
We initiated operations updates in 2008 and have found that NEXT Financial Group representatives find them informative. Recently we’ve decided to streamline these updates and developed a strategy to make receiving and finding this information more accessible.
After sending out the e-mail blast with the operations update NEXT Financial Group has been sent out via blast email, we will post the communication with any associated attachments on under NEXT Service/ Blank Forms under the heading of Operation’s Updates located in the lower right hand side of the page.
Following the e-mail blasts we will conduct conference calls on every third Thursday at 10:00am CST. Information like an agenda and other attachments will be sent out via e-mail prior to the conference call. NEXT Financial Group conference calls typically last 45 minutes to one hour, with 15 minutes left for questions.
